If you’re looking to return your order for reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept item that’s used, damaged, washed.
- Unless the item is damaged, or has quality issue, consumers will pay return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact Customer Service at contact@ezreplacement.com, indicating your order number and return reason. We will get back you within 48 hours.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us with the original packing.
