If you’re looking to return your order for reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept item that’s used, damaged, washed.
Unless the item is damaged, or has quality issue, consumers will pay return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Please contact Customer Service email@example.com, indicating your order number and return reason. We will get back you within 48 hours.
Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us with the original packing.
How long it takes to receive your refund?
It will take 5-7 days to refund once we receive your items.
